Yeah, once you hit the cap and have beaten the previous difficulty modes you can then choose to start the game on Inferno mode.
A fresh level 60 most likely will not fare well in Inferno and we’ll end up grinding out gear/runes/enchants/etc before heading into Inferno.
If the expansions/patches add in new uber levels like what happened in D2, I wonder if they will be even more difficult than inferno.

So after you reach lvl60 (in what mode), are you given a chance to start inferno at level 60? Little lost on the whole different modes, and how one would play this mode eventually.

Maximum level in Diablo 3 (Orginal not Expansion) is level 60, they may however raise the cap with expansions. You also most reach lv60 (Max) to play at Inferno difficulty which will be even harder than Hell difficulty.
Diablo 3 will not be realeased before 2020.
i dont know something… the maximun level in d3 is 60? you can reach only this level for maximun o its the level that is recommend to fight in inferno?

@grin82 No, I actually didn’t play them as a child; That’s why I actually know what I’m talking about here. The whole atmosphere of D1 and D2 was dark, you would know if you had played them.
@HattingmaD whats so dark about d1 + d2? the memory from playing those as a child maybe?

i cant wait till diablo 3 comes out its going to be the best game in 2011-2012 for sure.Inferno mode looks pretty beast looks pretty challenging.Gj blizzard and battlenet
