Golf Clubs Review: Callaway Diablo Edge Irons
We all know that getting a good record began with a proper golf equipment from the best golf shop, but it is a complicated thing, such as irons. So I want to introduce you a max game-improvement iron set that both my friends and I feel great.
Background Information
According to the Callaway company, the Callaway Diablo Edge Irons are the longest stainless steel iron ever, the Diablo Edge offers integrated iron/hybrid set options to optimize performance and preference. They include unique technologies like VFT, S2H2, and a 360-degree undercut channel all contribute to the Diablo Edge’s combination of distance and extreme forgiveness.
Performance
Highly rated for distance control; a great anti-slice iron; solid distance output, and mis-hits go longer than expected; long irons are easier to hit than some hybrids; the big sole goes through rough easily and gets the ball in the air quickly; at address, the cavity masks the overt game-improvement design.
Slightly higher flight than average; they seem to produce draws at will; consistent flight on scoring shots, even on off-center hits; strong performers around the green.
These straight hitters are very good at correcting spin on heel or toe hits; several testers find these to be as easy to hit as any irons they’ve tried.
What about the distance of the Diablo Edge Irons? Several guys are one-half to one full club longer. They have Soft feel but not overly muted; consistent “click” throughout the set. Medium-thick topline and offset inspires confidence; vertical and horizontal white grooves are a useful alignment aid.
PGA Pro Verdict
Unmistakably a relative of the Big Bertha. The wedge head looked quite small and compact, with strong loft. The wide sole was forgiving through the whole set, but the 3-iron looked almost too strong in loft; I would recommend the utility replacement option. By keeping the traditional features and benefits it is one of the best game-improvement irons on the market.
